Currently, We're looking for Account Director.


There are 3 main areas of growth deliverables:

1. Relationship growth

  • The candidate will deliver directorship for both internal and external relationships.

  • He/she not only leads team with clear expectations, motivation and coaching but also build and maintain long-term relationship that can expand and deepen year after year.

  • The outcome of this relationship growth must be a Win-Win-Win for all parties.

2. Financial growth

  • The candidate will increase company revenues identifying and developing business opportunities

  • He/she will also lead sales and client service management in order to consult and recommend the strategic details of business partnerships

  • He/she will develop business growth plan to meet KPI

  • He/she oversees campaigns to ensure growth can be achieved

3. Brand Growth

  • The candidate will create earned media opportunities to position YND as #1 expert in the industry


  • Basic salary, 13 month salary

  • Bonus based on performance

  • At least Minimum of 3 years working experience in the similar position of an advertising agency

  • Strong and wide business network

  • Good verbal, presentation-style and written communication skills in both English

  • Soft skills/ competencies: Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill to communicate effectively with internal and external people. Ability to work effectively in high pressure & with cross-functional teams.
