[HCM][Client] Zalo: (Senior) Business Development Executive, Zalo Ads


  • Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs on Zalo Ads platform.
  • Develop new sales opportunities and potential clients: global and local brands, agency…
  • Customer support: ensure quality of services and KPI commitment.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree; major in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Foreign Trade.
  • At least 2 years experience in digital agency, ads platform or relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good at planning skills. Ability to negotiation and customer management.
  • Have knowledge about Zalo Ads and the Zalo platform with user’s view is an advantage.
  • Good at analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good at English.
