[HCM][Client] Wolf Consulting: Business Development Manager


  • Business owner/CEO of medium and large companies with sales-team size ranges from 10-200 employees.
  • Sales Directors in other companies.


  • Reaching out to potential customers via both online platform (Linkedin, Facebook) and traditional methods such as networking and events, or based on candidate’s existing relationship.
  • Managing and maintaining relationship with existing customers.
  • Expanding customer database.
  • Consulting customers on company’s services and products.
  • Negotiating terms, price, and payment with customers.
  • Developing sales target for the team and ensure that the target is met.
  • Providing training and development for new employees.


  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management, or relevant fields.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in business development and sales.
  • Candidate who have experience in selling Business Application, CRM, and products that have the same customer segmentation is an advantage.
  • Computer literacy. Able to use Microsoft Office, Google Drive and Office.
  • Candidate need to have good negotiation skill and emotional intelligence.
  • Development and presentation skills are preferred.
  • Candidate with exceptional organization skills and attention to details is more favoured.
