Happy Skin Vietnam was officially born since Oct 2014, positioned as a content hub specialized in skin care & makeup. With ambition of being TOM of Beauty Expertise, Know-how & Product Review, Happyskin is development various digital platforms, including website, facebook, youtube, mobile app & other media partnership.
Besides, Happyskin also provides professional services such as beauty training workshop and act as content partner for various beauty brands, Vichy, L’Oreal Paris, Avene, Glyderm, Dermatix, Clarins, etc. In the coming plan, Happyskin Vietnam will expand to e-commerce with established brands and products in Vietnam as well as overseas.

1. Video Producer/Content Editor
We are looking for an Video Producer/Content Editor for our current & upcoming video project, the one who believes in the magic of beauty, the power of virality and the desire of leaving legacy as producer of the best & meaningful beauty clips ever for end consumers.
Job description:
- Video producer’s job can be very fun and rewarding; especially when you finally see your “masterpiece” and all your hard work has paid off. You can end up meeting all sorts of different people in Beauty Industry and carrying out hugely different tasks.
- Video producer is the major player in content production at Happy Skin.
- Is responsible for the whole process of development of an video/video series, including generating idea, completing the concept, developing execution plan that involves & leads relevant people from other functions, oversee production from start to finish & making sure that the general public are aware of, love, interact & share the piece, whether it is Happy Skin’s initiated projects or partner’s requested projects.
- Develop schedules and plans videos throughout the year, coordinate with Content Editors for full year Content Calendar. Coordinate with Digital Marketing to work with clients, partners in selling the plan & PR for the clip. Video producer organize funding for projects and is responsible for keeping the production within the given budget.
- Video producer may extend their role as the host of the show or content executive in helping other team members in other content’s scope of work.
- Other duties as directed and required
Requirements:
- Can-do spirit is key, you don’t know what you can do unless you believe it. In a start-up, hinders & constraints are countless yet we need the person who believe that when we are NEW, we are FREE to think and do, rather than fear of uncertainty.
- Excellent observation & people understanding as ideas come from the simplest thing in life, not in the sky.
- Certain passion in beauty, beauty does not necessarily require profound expertise right from the start, but once you believe in its magic & importance, you will master all required for the job & even more than this.
- Experience in production or other content marketing is preferred to have basic background before start.
Language skills:
- Fluent English is deadly required. Ability to write a proposal for videos. Comfortable and competent in making presentations to groups as you are the one who need to sell your idea & make others buy in. In most of the case ability of making other people see the same thing as yours is as important as the idea itself.
Other Skills and Abilities
- Position requires demonstrated applied skills including but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), basic design & editing (Photoshop, Video Clip Editing softwares).
- Excellent project management skill
- Physical demands are highly essential here to make sure you have good health, endurance & spirit to run each VIRAL CLIP successfully & continuously.
Salary:
- Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
Career roadmap:
- Senior video producer or switch to content editor if wished.
- In a longer run, Art Director or Creative Director is the position to head towards.
2. Digital Marketing Executive/Trainee
We are looking for an Digital Marketing Executive/Trainee for our current & upcoming projects, the one who believes in the magic of cooperation that resonate and multiply one single work to a thousand times, the power of digital and the desire of taking lead & initiatives too add more value for end consumers.

- Take care of digital platforms for Happy Skin, particularly mobile app. Is responsible for monitoring the content & performance of mobile app on the daily basis, taking lead the whole process of developing new functions. Coordinate with related parties to make sure the plan executed properly, in time and meet assigned KPI while trying their best to monetize the platform in a short period of time.
- Project leading & account management. Happy Skin is frequently partnering with beauty brands, beauty business on annual basis or campaign basis, the digital marketing executive is responsible for taking the request from clients/partner, debrief to internal team, lead the proposal and execution, track the performance.
- Supporting role in other relevant digital projects.
- Other duties as directed and required.

- Good at organizing, eyes on details
- Excellent presentation & communication skill

We are looking for an Event Marketing Specialist/Managers for our current & upcoming Workshops/Beauty Fairs, the one who believes in the magic of beauty, the power of sharing and the desire of leaving legacy as organizer of the best training workshop and cosmetics fairs ever for end consumers.
Job description:
- Event marketing job can be very fun and rewarding; especially when it comes to the time of the event and all your hard work has paid off. You can end up meeting all sorts of different people in Beauty Industry and carrying out hugely different tasks.
- Is responsible for the whole process of development of an event, including task of planning event concept, execution plan, marketing budgets & making sure that the general public are aware of, and want to visit an event.
- Develop schedules and plans for workshops/events throughout the year. Coordinate with Digital Marketing Manager to work with clients, partners in selling the plan & PR for the show.
- Coordinate & implement all related executions and evaluate the effectiveness of Happyskin workshops/events
- Other duties as directed and required
Requirements:
- You need to have excellent communicative and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively form relationships with potential clients. Confidence is the key to success.
- >3 years experience in event marketing or related field is required. In other words, you must have a proven record of organizing and planning successful events
Language skills:
- Fluent English is deadly required. Ability to write a proposal & business case for event. Comfortable and competent in making presentations to groups.
