[HCM][Agency] TBWA Group Vietnam: Copywriter

• Work closely with Associate Creative Director and creative partners to provide concepts that
effectively reflect strategies and meet the client’s objective.
• Understand and develop great works within project parameters: client goals and requirements,
internal goals, usability, technical constraints, as well as budget and schedule.
• Sells copywriting-based creative concepts to the internal team, creative management team, and
• Execute creative concepts that are on strategy across all media channels.
• Work with account teams to handles and coordinates the day-to-day copy/content needs of
• Provide copy/content for key strategic campaign/projects and new business presentations
• Guide, coach, and supervise junior team members on creative and copywriting assignments.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop client opportunities and deliver agency’s
business objectives.

• Copywrite for video concepts and scripts, brand messages, screenwriting, and other creative

Project management:
• Oversee creative projects including creating teams, creating timelines, ensuring all deadlines are
met, confirming clients are satisfied with the results and troubleshooting any issues that may
arise during the duration of the project.
• Act as quality control for projects by reviewing and editing the team’s final products before
distribution of any materials occur.
Research capability:
• Stay abreast of the latest creative trends and digital & social media fads.
• Continually research marketing trends and strategies and the technologies used in
advertisement practices.
• Recognize the intended audience and the best strategies for reaching the said population.
• Aware of what competitors are doing in order to create innovative and new designs and
• 2+ years experience in the digital marketing/advertising discipline.
• Strong portfolio primarily of produced work and some spec work.
• Excellent English & Vietnamese writing and speaking. Understand the different language styles
that appeal to various target markets.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Be highly creative and imaginative and curious about clients’ products or services.
• Have an eye for detail, be able to work under pressure, and manage workload effectively.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be highly self-motivated and well organized.
• Be able to see other people’s points of view and take on board feedback.
