Enomarker tuyển dụng vị trí: ACCOUNT MANAGER

- Build strong relationships with key clients & new business on both brand and agency sides. Understanding client’s needs and objectives, ability to provide insightful advice to clients and promote the expansion of business.
- Analyzing and assessing potential customers' needs, working closely with other part to reach and propose appropriate communication plans matching with customer needs.
- Professional account management skills in catching up & discussing with clients, taking brief & de-brief to internal by smoothly ways, research & strategic planning.
- Present proposal to client, ability to address questions and drive the meeting to reach a conclusion.
- Manage campaign's performance based on the request's reporting time of clients (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Train and manage account team members, solve team and cross-team problems

- 1+ year experience in Account manager or Senior Account is prioritized
- Ability to synthesize and analyze issues.Thinking creatively, combining self-ideas and the company's products in advertising campaigns effectively.
- Leadership and management skills, being responsible and able to work overtime when required.
- fluent in English

- 13th month salary (or 14, 15, 16 based on performance and business results)
- Vacation 16 days / year
