Position: Account Manager

Job Description

• Client leadership: Build & develop close relationships with clients & act as a primary point of contact between clients & agencies.

• Pricing, P&L Management: develop rate-card and calculate P&L by project, negotiating with vendors for cost-effectiveness

• Project management: meet up with the client, take the brief, brainstorm, research about brand/consumer insight, manage daily project execution internally & externally within timeline constraints

• Reporting: finetune/ coordinate monthly & end campaign report across functional teams to share with clients

• Problem handling: Keep the line manager updated on the state of your tasks & alert the line manager on potential issues relating to the assigned accounts.

• Business development: recruit more new customer from attending workshops/ industry events

Job Requirements

• Have management skills

• Knowledge of digital marketing and sales.

• Client service skills.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Have excellent communications skills, attention to detail, be well-organized, and be able to multitask accurately.

• Understanding of branding and communications preferred.

• Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Be energetic and passionate with a can-do spirit.
