The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for executing a variety of marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness, build brand imagery, support the sales team and increase leads.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a future Marketing Manager to join the top leader in the Social Media Research industry. Especially, you will be responsible for BSI Awards - a playground and community of marketing experts. You will take opportunities to closely work, collaborate & build personal connections with the top experts in Marketing, who are partners & consultants for Buzzmetrics.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Planning (30%)

  • Planning a marketing campaign to achieve short-term goals set by the Marketing Head.
  • Operating and ensuring the planned marketing project/campaign meets the predetermined goals and budget, monitoring and executing the plan as committed.
  • Ensuring that all marketing activities align with the Brand guidelines (brand DNA) of Buzzmetrics.

2. Content & Performance Marketing (25%)

  • Proficiently using all the marketing service currently utilized by the marketing team (Content marketing (Social Heat), Website management, Ads, Social media,...)
  • Proactively suggesting new marketing tools that provide strong support for the team‘s work requirements.
  • Providing training and ensuring that all Execution/ Senior members of the marketing team have the ability to use the necessary marketing tools.

3. Partnership Marketing (25%)

  • Working effectively with assigned relationships/partnerships and ensuring that the assigned relationships bring benefits to Buzzmetrics.

4. Performance Reporting (20%)

  • Analyzing and making decisions based on data from the toolset, campaigns, and projects being managed.
  • Making decisions regarding channel strategy based on data insights.
  • Making decisions on the master campaign plan strategy based on data analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education

  • You should be a broad marketer from the B2B Tech & Research industry (optional)

2. Knowledge

  • Broad experience across digital and offline marketing channels
  • Experience executing webinars & offline events.

2. Skill

  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to create content
  • Working proficiency in English (optional)
  • Aesthetic sensibility (experience in using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator is an advantage)
  • Proficient in marketing tools (email marketing, Google Analytics, Search Console, Datastudio) & MS Office.

3. Experience

  • At least 3 year of experience in an equivalent position

4. Personality

  • High sense of ownership & responsibility
  • Possess high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics
