Who are we?

We Create Content is a content marketing agency based in Hanoi, serving clients in Vietnam and the wider South-East Asian region. With bespoke content concepts, production, distribution and analytics, we help brands tell stories to meet their business objectives.

Key responsibilities...

• Ensure all WCC artwork is considered, well researched, on brief and completed on time for the Creative Director
• Maintain world-class quality for all visual outputs for We Create Content
• Manage freelance design briefs and manage freelance creatives for the agency
• Work with external suppliers such as printers and/or other agencies to ensure work is completed to the standards expected by WCC
• Help the agency win new business with strong, creative pitch documents and other related works when requested
• Produce design-based content for WCC in downtime
• Grow technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies and sharing knowledge with WCC teammate

Successful candidates will have:

• Agency experience working on branding and content outputs in both editorial and advertising industries - using Adobe CC, other software a bonus
• Time management skills to ensure all artwork is of the highest standard and sent to the Creative Director / client / published on time
• Ability to get on with projects, and take initiative, ownership and responsibility
• Desire and commitment to see projects through, maintaining premium quality and positive attitude throughout
• First class attention to detail and the hunger to always do better. Never settle for average
• Hunger to stay inspired by global design trends and world class work while sharing this with the team and inspiring your colleagues
• Clear communication both verbally and written, in English and Vietnamese

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience;
• Being fluent in English is a must;
• Have a strong interest in international design trends;
• Critical thinking and ability to absorb and client brief, develop a concept and work with the Creative Director and other colleagues on visuals;
• Look to incorporate digital and non-digital mediums into your work
• Self-driven in managing and accomplishing projects under tight deadlines and be able to work in a high demanding environment with minimum supervision;
• Eager to absorb new skills such as UX design, animation, 3D
• Be able to curate content and inspire readers of We Create Content publications and social media
