[HN][Agency] Mix Digital Agency: Tuyển Social Media Manager
Mix Digital is looking for applicants to apply our Social Media Manager position. The selected candidate will take a management role for our current social team, be responsible to all team activities and be a good coordinator between the team and other departments in our agency.
Primary responsibilities:
• Set direction & vision for the social team
• Evaluate, modify and grow the current social team
• Conduct team meetings, advise on projects, and motivate team members.
• Join with account/strategy/media/production team to contribute ideas, creative direction for digital proposals
• Create social media strategy, monthly social media plan & weekly conversational calendar for brands on selected social media platforms
• Be responsible for all of social media creative outputs made by social team
• Manage social media team members responsibilities
• Fluently use social media monitoring & tracking tools for research, analysis & optimization purposes
• Update & apply social media trends both locally and globally to daily social media works
• Report to Managing Director
Required skills:
• A creative person
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Fluently in English reading/writing
• Strong leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media and networking platforms and monitoring suite suppliers
• Maintains excellent copywriting and language skills in Vietnamese
• "Can-do" attitude & forward thinking
• Spirit of "work hard, play hard", be enthusiastic with things you do
• Experience of business and strategy development
• Ability to build and leverage a strong network of peers and partners
