[HCM][Agency] POPS Worldwide: Looking for Digital Associate Creative Director

JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose:
The Digital Associate Creative Director, Content plays an active, hands-on role in key projects across POPS largest accounts. They oversee the daily activities of strategic content creative team assigned to multiple projects and cultivate an environment of sustained creativity and professional growth. The Digital Associate Creative Director, Content will work hand in hand with the Digital Account Director on content strategy, creative and art direction, team effectiveness and client relationships. He/she is a constant study of content trends that present creative opportunities to fulfill brand objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide daily management of the quality and tenor the creative direction
  • Guide the team in direction, style, and methodology
  • Leverage the agency digital insights, data, and services for creative ideation
  • Collect feedback and best-case examples from the team and collaborate with the Account teams to drive the potential creative futures of both your team and the broader agency
  • Make yourself a “timely expert” towards the creative needs of our key clients in order to provide necessary creative insights and project leadership
  • Provide creative direction for production teams in the deployment of content strategies across various digital/mobile platforms: YouTube, DailyMotion, Facebook, Google +, Instagram, Pinterest, web and other digital assets
  • New business pitches: develop bold new effective creative concepts for brands interested in digital content marketing

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • 3 years managerial experience minimum
  • 7 years experience in advertising communications and/or content marketing
  • Ability to strategically identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environment
  • Proactive, quick-thinking, accurate, hands-on, stress-tolerant, problem solver
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Excellent understanding of business topics & trends and related enterprise companies
  • Experience in leading integrated digital B2B marketing programs
  • Advanced leadership of creative in content marketing project workflows
  • Proven leadership in fast-paced creative environments
  • Ability to plan ahead, be proactive and prioritize team workloads
  • Experience writing for motion graphics and video projects
  • Experience presenting in front of groups and confidence presenting a contrary point of view; challenging the status quo
  • Flawless attention to detail, organizational skills
  • Ability to turn complex ideas into the strongest concentrate of meaning
  • An intense hatred of hyperbole, jargon and boring content
  • A pleasant demeanor and ability to embrace constructive feedback
  • A zest for doing lots of different things in a single day/hour
