Global Management Trainee program
We take the development of high quality future leaders seriously. Our Global Management Trainee Program is an intensive 10-month rotational training program designed for the brightest, most driven university graduates.
We want to create well-rounded leaders. So we immerse our GMTs in various functional areas of the company. You’ll learn about our Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain organizations from the ground up through a variety of hands-on assignments. And you will have many interactions and exposure to our top leaders helping you to link your experiences back to our company strategy as well as creating a network of mentors and supporters.
The GMT Program will give you a cross-functional understanding of our business and set you up for rapid growth.

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for ambitious, curious, entrepreneurial and driven recent university graduates*, who want to leave their mark. You need to be ready to take on tough challenges, adapt to different work situations and connect with others both inside and outside our company. You also need to be fluent in English, to be eligible for this programme.
(* Graduate in 2015 - 2018 and under 2 years professional experiences)
