Job description

Main duties

To develop communication strategy targeting homeowners, contractors to build No. 1 brand in Brand Equity Index (BEI) and Top-of-mind (TOM) for Holcim bag cement.

- Develop and implement long term strategy for brand communication towards homeowners

  • Build communication activities around the brand essence
  • Constantly review and evaluate brand strategy given change in customer behaviours
  • Innovative and creative ideas to be implemented to capture TOM of homeowners
  • Explore different and innovative media channels to effectively communicate to homeowners

- Develop and implement long term strategy to engage contractors

  • Effectively BTL activities to gain the TOM and convince contractors to use/ recommend/ purchase Holcim cement
  • Develop innovative and creative engagement program to close the gap between Holcim and key contractors

- Ensure brand compliance for Holcim Vietnam

  • Set up and comply on SLA on brand compliance checking/ consulting to other departments
  • Track and monitor brand related items

- Lead, coach and develop the Brand Communications team: Coach and develop people to assure good and effective functioning of team and succession planning

- Occupational Health & Safety and Environment responsibility


- Bachelor degree in business

- 2-3 years working experience in Marketing, preferably related to brand building

- Good at analysis and problem solving, customer focus, adapt and learn drive change and innovation.
