RED Carpet VN cần tuyển vị trí Strategic Planning làm việc tại Hồ Chí Minh, mức lương từ 15,000,000 - 25,000,000 VND. Chi tiết công việc như sau:

Mô tả Công việc

➢ Strategy leading:

• Get and clarify the brief from client and understand it deeply
• Get the right and dig down consumer insights
• Give the exact proposition & creative directions to creative team
• Work together with Account and Creative to win the projects
• Study, analyze all related and necessary data
• Create direction and strategy

➢ Research management:

• Desk research (collect data and analyze)
• Conduct, manage any necessary research (desk research, internal research...)
• Cooperate with research agency

➢ Presentation creation:

• Create the deck logically (and beautifully)
• Make presentation deck and present to client
• Internal projects and paperwork of Strategic Planning team
• Support Strategic Planning Team in some other task

➢ Management:

• Manage the workload in Team
• Coach the staffs of Team
• Report to Director

Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng

● Bachelor degree level – preferably in Marketing/English major

● At least 2 years experience in planning/account positions in digital marketing service

● Experience of project management (account position) and developing proposal would be an advantage

● Understand different consumer/customer’s insight and channels, priority FMCG category Creative, passionate, smart, good looking, dynamic for innovative marketing solutions

● Excellent presentation skills with Powerpoint (writing and visual), presentation skill and ability to weave ideas into stories

● Excellent English skills (both verbal and written)

● Logical thinking with analytical skill, creative mind-set;

● Presentation ability in English as well as Vietnamese;

● Well cooperate with other department, ability to work independently as well as be a team player (especially work with other departments like Account and Creative)

● Able to handle pressure

● Salary range: 15,000,000 - 25,000,000 + Bonus
